The Checkout will calculate the shipping cost based on the country the frames are being shipped to. It assumes the USA until you enter your delivery details. Prices are in $US Dollars & will include tax/gst where applicable. We can accept Visa, MasterCard or PayPal for Payment. Most orders are processed with in 1-2 business days.  Our Factory is in Brookvale, Australia.

Please note that the current Covid Pandemic has impacted delivery times. Our delivery service providers (USPS & Aus Post) has advised that there are multiple backlogs & delays at several points in the delivery journey. Current delays are ranging from 1 to 4 weeks. These time frames are constantly changing due to the varying influence of the Pandemic & varying Lock downs & work restrictions. The USPS is unable to give accurate estimates of the delay for specific areas as they are currently varying.

Holiday & Peak Periods – During busy periods and holidays such as Christmas, New Years, Mother Day & Fathers Days you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery. We use Australia Post for most deliveries and as such cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time or date. To minimize the chance of late delivery during the Christmas period please try and place your orders before Dec 1.

Payment Processing. All credit card payments are processed via our SSL Encrypted Secure Payment Gateway and our Bank, both of which are located in Australia. Some banks and credit card providers will charge their customers a small fee when a card is processed by a bank located outside the borders of the card issuing country. This is beyond our control and we are unable to know which banks are charging this as we are not informed by them. This charge is usually only a few cents and is shown on your card statement as part of the transaction.

Order Processing. We try very hard to get your order on it’s way to you quickly. Our target is to have it ready to go within 24 hours (often it’s within a few hours). If you take up the free photo offer then it will take a little longer as we will need to get and print your photos. In the 20 years we’ve been operating we’ve developed an efficient order-to-ship process.
We use distribution networks in the USA, the UK, Australia & Worldwide. When an order is received we process it and ship it from our warehouse and factory in Sydney, Australia. Every product is always in stock. Your order will be processed quickly and it will be sent Express Air for fast delivery. Delivery to most major cities around the world takes 3-9 days by this method. For non-major cities it may take a bit longer (same goes for countries where the postal system is not that efficient). Irrespective of where your package is sent it will usually arrive within 5-11 business days for capital cities and 6-14 days for regional areas. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged. Please notify us within 30 days of shipping if your parcel does not arrive, after 30 days we may not be able to track, recover, replace or refund lost parcels. Occasionally parcels sent internationally are randomly stopped and inspected by customs and quarantine which can delay the delivery slightly and unfortunately this is outside of your control. Please note once the parcel is handed over to the shipper we have limited to control or access to it, in the case of a national postal service we have no control. If the parcel is unable to be delivered it will be held by the postal service for collection. If he parcel is not collected we are not responsible, the postal service may choose to return it to us, which can take several months. Only after a non collected parcel is returned to us will we be able to offer a refund, less our shipping cost and a twenty five percent re stocking fee, if the goods are undamaged.

Product Returns. In the event you need to return a product to us (this happens very rarely) just send us an email and we will give you the local return details of how best get it back to us at the factory in Australia (we will also want to find out why? because if there is a problem with our products we like to know right away so we can get to work on fixing and correcting any issues). Please note claims for damage will require images of products still in their original packaging as shipped & frames not removed from their packaging.
