FAQ – Some questions we’ve been asked

How long does delivery take? Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery will usually take 2-7 business days for the US & Canada, 3-10 for International. For full details see Shipping Info>>.

How much is shipping? This depends on where your order is to be delivered. Shipping to the USA and Canada is $6.95. International Delivery (outside the USA & Canada) starts at $6.95. See Shipping Info>> for full details.

What is your returns policy? Pretty simple, just let us know that you want to return something and we will provide all the details on how to get stuff back to us hassle free. We have a Satisfaction & Money Back Guarantee. See Our Guarantee>> for details.

What size frame do I need? All our frame sizing refers to the size of the photo that the magnetic frame holds. For example a 6×4 Fridgi  Flexi Frame will hold a 6×4 photo. Actually physical external dimensions of the frames are given on the product information pages.

How are Fridgis different to other magnetic frames? We build our frames from high quality materials so that they can safely display your photos for years. Fridgi Magnetic Photo Frames>> are very different to other frames. The design and construction has been Patented.  Fridgis are made from a single piece of plastic that completely covers and protects a photo. With a Fridgi you can display in portrait, landscape or any other angle. We use industrial grade plastics that are UV stabilized. We use the best magnetic strip available (made in the US) so your frame stays put.  No other magnetic frames offer all these features and use the same high quality materials we do.

Where are they made? All our frames are manufactured in Australia in our factory. We do not outsource manufacturing. We do not believe in using exploited or child labor, many companies do because it is cheap. We continually work at making our processes efficient so we can offer lower cost products.

Can I really put up a Photowall on my own? Yes you can. We tried to make it as easy as possible for anyone to create a Photowall with magnetic photo frames>>. If you are using Magic Mounts for magnetic frames>> it is as easy as “Peel & Stick”. Check out our photo series to see how easy it can be to put up and create your very own Photowall.

Can I use both Flexi & Tough frames on a Photowall? Yes you can. If your Photowall>> is flat you can use both Flexi Magnetic Photo Frames>> & Tough Magnetic Picture Frames>>. We recommend that you use either Flexi or Tough but not both together, this is because the frames are of different thicknesses and they will look slightly different next to each other (although some people like this effect). The color of the frame border may also appear different on Flexi & Tough frames due to the different thicknesses of the plastic and the way that they refract and reflect light, this is most noticeable in white frames with no spaces between them.

Can I remove a Magic Mount? Yes you can, but remember a Magic Mount>> does use a permanent indoor adhesive so it sticks well. If the surface you have stuck it to is in poor condition, like flaky paint, it may take some paint with it when you remove it. For surfaces that are in good condition, hard and sealed, like a stainless fridge or cupboard door, some adhesive residue may be left after you have removed the magic mount, this can be removed with firm rubbing and an appropriate solvent. Don’t forget to test the surface before hand.
